Hey there. I used to be able to meditate quite easily but just recently have found it quite difficult to get into. Could you give me any advice or tips as I really miss this part of my development. Many thanks

Hi there, well, sometimes life can get on top of you, then meditation becomes difficult. The secret is the ability to be able to relax. Don't fret about trying to stop your thoughts coming in. Just allow them through, surround them in a bubble, and let them to drift away. Also some meditation music helps. You could also try progressive relaxation. Just think about each part of your body, and in your mind, tell it to relax. Remember, practice makes perfect!! Hope this helps.

Meditation has always been a real problem for me, just switching off I find near an impossibility, mind always seems to wander off!!.... Sounds like my school report. "He could do better, if only he could concentrate.."
